How does laser therapy work in pets?

We perform laser therapy the same way it is performed on humans. Light energy of different levels is aimed at different parts of the body. We usually use a midrange level that is comfortable for the pet and strong enough to encourage cell repair and growth. The changes in the cell encourage healing and other body processes. If your pet comes in for a session to treat skin issues or damage, we can lower the laser strength or increase it for bone and muscle repair.
